Mona Edward has been doing hair for seventeen years. She specializes in cuts, color, highlights, formaldehyde free Brazilian Blowout and Kerafusion anti-frizz treatments. She loves and respects her profession and has made lots of friends during her career. She was recently on Bravo Network on Tabitha's Takeover and Tabitha approved the stylist work. Right after that she attended Vidal Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica for additional accelerated education. She believes that there's always room to learn more and loves making people look and feel their best inside and out so, besides doing hair she is also a Spin Instructor at a local gym. She loves the energy of people and regards her clients not only as clients, but as friends also. Mona has been using Goldwell and Redken color all her career and she says there are less expensive brands out there but wants the best for her clients. She says Goldwell and Redken leave the hair in such great condition. Mona attended Pasadena City College and Psychology was her major but always desired doing hair since she was fourteen but, her older brother Anthony talked her out of it. He is also a hairstylist in Pasadena. So she stuck it out in Psychology for two years than decided to enroll in the cosmetology program at PCC. So now there's two hairstylist in the family. And she says hairstylists are also psychologists too but that cost extra. Just kidding!
